Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, functionality, and intellectual property rights in the Midnight Momentum application and website, including but not limited to software code, algorithms, user interface design, graphics, logos, text, and any proprietary methodologies or processes, are owned by Midnight Momentum and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

Users are prohibited from:

• Copying, reproducing, or reverse engineering any part of our application or services
• Creating derivative works based on our proprietary features or methodologies
• Using our intellectual property for commercial purposes without written consent
• Attempting to extract, decompile, or access our source code or algorithms

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

By accessing our website, participating in beta testing, or receiving information about unreleased features, you agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information, development plans, feature specifications, or business strategies disclosed to you.

This confidentiality obligation survives termination of your use of our services and remains in effect for a period of five (5) years.
